We will always attempt to give a free preliminary diagnosis on our premises and quote you for the parts to be repaired or replaced including reasonable labour times and costs. All replacement parts carry a 3 month warranty. To avoid replacing the entire part, if possible, we also provide a component level repair service.

Contract Support for Businesses - Mac-Care® Premium & Mac-Care® PrePay
PrePay Support Packs are very similar to our Premium contracts but without the commitment. They're a good way for smaller companies to manage their budgets who may not be able to justify a full contract but who recognise that some form of support is of benefit. Many companies also use our PrePay Packs as a way of checking us out before they commit to a full contract sort of a "suck it and see" scenario. Our Mac-Care® PrePay Packs were designed specifically to provide affordable support with many of the same and similar benefits to our Premium Contracts as a way of assisting small companies get a professional level of support for their Apple Mac IT set up.

Premium support contracts provide a higher level of cover. Our contract customers pay us a 'retainer' which guarantees that AA Mac will have an engineer onsite within 4 or 8 working hours depending on their requirement. Contract support is payable in advance with no hourly fees, so when something goes wrong AA Mac will be there working to resolve your issues without you needing to keep one eye on the clock. In general, prices are worked out on the basis of the number of machines to be covered, the location and the response time required.
