If your Apple machine is not under warranty, we can help with a free diagnosis, if you decide to repair the machine.

Whether you have a hardware or software problem, we can usually solve it for you.  We will:

- Diagnose the problem within 24 to 48 hours
- Contact you to discuss your repair options
- Order parts once you authorise the repair, and advise you of arrival times
- Fit parts within one to two days once we're received them

There is a £40.00 fee for our engineer's time if you decide not to proceed with the repair.
