The Apple Limited Warranty covers your iPad and Apple-branded accessories against manufacturing defects for one year from the date you bought your product.

The Apple Limited Warranty is in addition to the rights provided by consumer law.

Our warranty doesn’t cover damage caused by accidents or unauthorized modifications.

See the warranty for complete details. You can check your warranty status  and update your proof-of-purchase information if there’s an error in our records.

If your iPad is under warranty:

– Call to arrange to bring your iPad in to us

An AppleCare Protection Plan can extend the warranty by a further 2 years – as long as it is purchased within the 1st year of purchase – giving you a total of 3 years cover.

These warranties cover hardware and labour only.

Physical damage is not covered, nor is any data – please ensure your data is backed up at all times.

Out of Warranty

If your Apple Mac is not under warranty, we can still help…

Repairs are considered out of warranty when:
Your iPad is over one year old
Your iPad has an issue that’s not covered under warranty or consumer law, like accidental damage or damage caused by unauthorized modifications
We might be able to fix or replace your iPad for an out-of-warranty fee.

Your replacement iPad will be new or equivalent to new in both performance and reliability.

The Apple Limited Warranty is in addition to the rights provided by consumer law.

Battery service

If your battery has a manufacturing defect and it’s covered by the Apple Limited Warranty, AppleCare+, or consumer law, we’ll service it at no additional cost.

Our warranty doesn’t cover batteries that wear down from normal use.
We might need to test your product to find the cause of your battery issue.

If your iPad isn’t covered, you have the option to replace it for a fee.
If you’re covered by AppleCare+ and your iPad can hold only 80 percent or less of its original battery capacity, we’ll service your product at no charge.

Screen repair

If your iPad screen breaks accidentally, you might have the option to replace your iPad for an out-of-warranty fee.

Accidental damage isn’t covered by Apple Warranty.

If your screen cracks due to a manufacturing defect, it’s covered by Apple warranty and consumer law.
The cost to service an accidentally damaged screen depends on your iPad model and if you have AppleCare+ coverage.

AppleCare+ for iPad includes up to two incidents of accidental damage, each with an excess fee.

You can use an instance for screen damage.

If you don’t have AppleCare+, the out-of-warranty fee applies.
