iPhone 6s Program for Unexpected Shutdown Issues – Apple has determined that a very small number of iPhone 6s devices may unexpectedly shut down. This is not a safety issue and only affects devices within a limited serial number range that were manufactured between September and October 2015. If you have experienced this issue, please call us to see if your iPhone 6s is eligible for a battery replacement, free of charge.
Anti-reflective Coating Issues on Retina-based MacBook Pros – On MacBook Pro models with Retina displays, the anti-reflective display coating may rub off or delaminate under certain circumstances. If you have an issue with the appearance of your display, please call us to confirm confirm eligibility. If an issue with the AR coating is found, we can replace the affected Retina Display. Apple will authorize coverage within three (3) years from date of original purchase or 2 years from October 16, 2015, whichever is longer.
iMac 27-inch Hinge issue for 27-inch, Late 2012 and 27-inch, Late 2013 – Some 27-inch iMac computers that shipped from December 2012 to July 2014 may be affected by an issue with the display hinge. You may no longer be able to adjust the screen, or it may tilt forward. Provided your iMac meets all of the criteria, this repair will be covered at no charge for five (5) years from the original date of purchase. Please call us to check for details.
